Sao Vicente is the only island in Cape Verde where we can have all year-round perfect sea/diving conditions: either by leaving from our Sao Pedro base or by leaving from our Mindelo base! There is always a place where the sea is flat and perfect for diving!!! Sao Vicente is amazing!!!!
